Setting up a creator's home base

Think of the line as a fixed home for an account. Say a creator lives in Los Angeles but spends half the year on the road. Logging in from a new hotel network every week looks noisy to a platform. Routing the account through a T-Mobile line in the Los Angeles metro, in sticky mode, keeps the connection consistent: same carrier, same area, same address until you decide to rotate.

Setup takes a couple of minutes. Copy the host, port, username and password from your dashboard into your scheduler, antidetect browser, cloud phone or the proxy settings of a browser profile. Pick the HTTP(S) port or the SOCKS5 port, whichever your tool prefers; UDP over SOCKS5 is available as well. Then open an IP check through the line and you should see T-Mobile USA, AS21928, and the city you picked.

Video-first platforms and 5G

Short-form video has made upload speed a real concern for social teams. Why platforms go easy on carrier addresses

Mobile carriers put huge numbers of phones behind a smaller set of public addresses using carrier-grade NAT, so a single T-Mobile address can carry dozens of real people's feeds at once. Social platforms cannot block such addresses without hurting their own users, so they look at the account's behavior instead. That is the honest reason mobile lines help: your account's network looks like a normal customer's, and what you do with the account decides the rest.

Rotation is still useful for research. When you are scanning hashtags or checking how a trend looks across different sessions, trigger a new address from your rotation link or the API. There is no cap and no cooldown. T-Mobile's pool is regional and finite, so you may see an address return later in the day.
