SoundCloud is still where many producers, DJs and small labels release first. Behind a busy profile there is often a team: a manager who schedules releases, a label rep who handles several artists, a designer updating artwork. When all of them sign in from wherever they happen to be, the account's login history gets messy fast. A ProxySocial line gives those shared logins one dedicated US carrier address. Plays are not a network problem

SoundCloud counts plays, likes, reposts and follows, and it removes artificial ones. Paying for fake plays, cycling IPs to replay a track, or running accounts that only exist to repost your own music breaks its rules and can cost you monetization or the account itself. A pool of mobile addresses does not make that safe or acceptable, and we will not help with it. That boundary also keeps your stats useful. When a track picks up in Chicago, you want to know it was real listeners in Chicago, so you can book a show or target an ad there. Inflated numbers ruin exactly the data a small artist needs most: which city to tour, which track to push, which blog or playlist actually sent people. Keeping the line away from anything that touches counts protects both the account and the decisions you make from it.

One line per artist or label

A label account and the artists it releases are expected to be connected, so a small label can run its own profile and its roster's profiles from one line without looking odd. Independent artists managed by the same person are different: they have separate careers, separate fans and possibly separate distributors. Give each independent artist a line of their own, or at least keep unrelated artists apart. If one account is flagged for a copyright claim, which happens often with remixes and DJ mixes, everything on its address is in view.

Inside the line, give each account its own browser profile with saved cookies. SoundCloud remembers the device as well as the address, and a profile that keeps its cookies stops the account from asking for verification every session.

Uploads, mixes and the daily allowance

Audio files are smaller than video but DJ mixes are not tiny: a two-hour lossless mix can run to well over a gigabyte. If you archive a back catalogue in one go, spread it across a few days or upload from a wired connection. Hold the line sticky during an upload. The address stays put until you rotate, so a large file will not be interrupted by a change. The same goes for editing a release's metadata, scheduling a premiere or replying to messages from promoters: do it all within one sticky session, and let the line rotate only when nobody is signed in on it.

Hearing your profile like a US listener

Logged out and on a fresh address, open your profile, your latest release and the tag or genre pages where you hope to appear. You see what a new listener sees: which track is pinned, whether the artwork has refreshed, whether a private link you shared is truly private. Rotate and repeat from the same metro to confirm.
