Use sticky sessions for this work. The address holds until you rotate, so a browser profile that logged in on Monday sees the same address on Friday. Rotate only when you deliberately reset, for instance after a client offboards and you repurpose the line. A rotation link that fires mid-session is the most common self-inflicted problem we see in social work. If you run one line per client, a platform challenge on one client's profile stays contained to that client's line and does not ripple across the rest of your roster.
Where the lines are and how they geolocate

Where exactly is the hardware for Texas?
In the Houston metro. Every ProxySocial Texas line is a dedicated modem, router or Android phone in our Houston facility with one AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon SIM. We do not have devices in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio or any other Texas city.
Will the platforms see a Texas address?
Yes. Carrier IPs geolocate to metro or state level, so social networks and ad managers see Houston or Texas. Some databases place the address in a different Texas city, and rarely a stale entry shows a neighboring state until it refreshes. The state and the carrier are what the platforms key on.
Can I get a line in my client's city?
Only Houston. For a Dallas or Austin client, a Houston line still reads as Texas, and platforms do not resolve carrier addresses to a city with confidence anyway. If a client insists on a city-level address, no mobile proxy can honestly deliver that, and we say so.
Sticky or rotating for social work?
Sticky, almost always. Keep the address fixed for as long as a client's profiles live on that line and rotate only when you deliberately reset. Rotation is useful for previewing feeds and ads as an anonymous Texas user across repeated checks, which is a separate task from account management.
